To start your return, please enter the order number provided to you at the time of purchase and in your confirmation email, and the email address you provided during your purchase.

Need to Return a Product?
For consumer safety, we do not offer returns on our skincare products, unless the product is faulty or you have received the wrong order. 

All approved Returns will be swapped for Store Credit of equivalent value. PLEASE WAIT TO RECEIVE YOUR RETURN APPROVAL BEFORE SENDING US YOUR GOODS.

All returns must be:

  • in original condition
  • all seals must be intact and product unopened

Returns or Exchanges are not permitted for sale items

Are there any charges for Returns?

  • the original shipping cost is non-refundable
  • faulty product or incorrect item - we will re-imburse your return shipping costs

How do I return?

  • Once we have approved your request you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
  • PLEASE NOTE: Goodieco is not liable for the loss of items being returned and strongly recommends using a traceable delivery method.

How soon will I get my store credit?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, then a store credit will be applied within 10 business days.
